If accommodation is available and you decide to stay on the farm you may live in mobile homes or in a hostel. This is between 4 and 8 workers sharing rooms or caravans. The kitchen, showers and toilets are communal and located centrally on the site. We provide basic utensils - cups, cutlery, plates, frying pan and saucepan. Charges are £4.46 per day in 2009.
We will take a £75.00 damage deposit, which will be returned to you when you leave, providing there has been no wilful damage to accommodation or farm equipment and our facilities have not been left in a dirty condition.
Pastoral Care
The team will:
- Collect from the bus and train station on arrival and take to Ledbury on departure
- To arrange doctor, dentist and medical appointments, provide translation and transport.
- Collect medical prescriptions
- We will arrange National Insurance interviews on the farm
- Assistance with necessary HMRC forms, P46, P45, P85
- Assistance with Worker Registration Scheme for the Home Office
- Reference letter when leaving the farm

Whilst living on the site workers are expected to cook their own meals, wash their own dishes and to keep their room/caravan clean and tidy.
We run a bus weekly to the local shops.
Washing machines are available on the site. You will have to pay for this service each time you use it.
Students are expected to help us recycle waste by separating into different bins.
